If you’re a fan of Spanish food and wine, then this is the event for you! Bilbao, the home of traditional tapas or Pinchos, comes to Ripon for one night only.
Our chefs turn the whole kitchen inside out to create a whole new menu for this special event. We will be hard carving ham, cooking on himalayan salt blocks and will have the ‘green egg’ BBQ cooking yorkshire beef and fantastic juicy prawns.
